Recordsfinder.net Review

RecordsFinder specializes in ancestry and genealogy searches, but is also a great tool for finding just about anyone.

The site operates on search credits in addition to membership fees which can be quite costly, though, if you’re planning on doing a lot of searching.  There are three membership options:  A VIP membership costs $39.99 and comes with 25 premium search credits; a standard membership is $34.99 and comes with 15 premium search credits; and a basic membership costs $29.99 and comes with 10 premium search credits.

One premium search credit is deducted per search with the exception of criminal record searches, which cost two premium credits each.  The good thing is that if no records are found, no search credits get deducted from your account.

This is primarily a U.S. search tool.
